The splendid spirits menu combines the experience and knowledge of barman Alfredo Pernía, whose creations sparkle amongst the warm, golden tones of the bar.

At midnight, if you need a bite to eat, Solange offers top quality oysters, caviar, sashimi and cold cuts.

· La terraza del Urban – Madrid
Spectacular views of Madrid, white deckchairs, a swimming pool and a luxe ambience - shake it all together with an intriguing and attractive cocktail menu and... the result is La terraza del Urban, a place for eating tapas and drinking cocktails that feed the spirit and soul.

Open to the public from 8pm onwards, it is an excellent place to watch the sun go down and finish the day while contemplating the city's skyline.

If you decide to carry on into the night after the hours of tapas service, until four in the morning all cocktails and alcoholic drinks come with an accompaniment of Iberian acorn-fed ham.
